Squashed cherry-pick of merge 6d77e62f8 from the internal repo, whose second
parent is official sgl-project/sglang c8e1ddc707. The personal fork does not
have the official history, so the merge is flattened here; the topology is
preserved on the internal branch sync/official-main-daily-20260824.

Range 92b1d382..c8e1ddc707 = 397 commits / 1777 files / +121101 -34135, with
44 conflicting files (63 hunks) resolved. v0.5.18 is fully contained: its last
commit 71de97b264b04dcd514cf904003028aefe9775c8 and the eight tag-only
cherry-picks all trace back to commits inside this range.

Validated on zz-nmz26 / rye_sglang_0824 with sgl-kernel and sglang rebuilt from
