fix(thrust/libcudacxx): fix test issue
适配性修改测试用例
- thrust
容器环境的cmake版本较高，会把部分参数折叠，而thrust测试用例构建还用到了分离编译的功能，需要能够读取输入文件类型，以便于判断是否要用分离编译模式。这个是已知问题，需要在构建中显示添加“-fgpu-rdc”。 - libcudacxx
