feat: 新增 compute_expectation runner 及 sample runner 重命名
新增文件：
- runner_compute_expectation_gfx906.cpp/hpp：实现期望值计算 GPU kernel， 包含 kernelComputeExpectationPartial（分块规约）和 kernelReduceComplex（ping-pong 规约）， 支持 ROW/COL 矩阵布局，basisBits 映射构建，结果 D2H 回传
- compute_expectation/runner_set.cpp：注册 RunnerComputeExpectation
- example/statevec/compute_expectation_demo.cpp：compute_expectation 接口 demo
重命名：
- runner_sample_desc.cpp/hpp -> runner_sample_desc_gfx906.cpp/hpp
- runner_sample_sample.cpp/hpp -> runner_sample_sample_gfx906.cpp/hpp
- 更新 sample/runner_set.cpp 及各文件 include 引用
修复：
- sample_demo.cpp：hipFree/hipMalloc 改用 HIP_RUNTIME_CHECK 包裹， 删除错误路径中无意义的 hipMalloc(&d_sv, 0)
